Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, we screen submitted applications on a "First come, first serve" policy. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No, only the deposit & first month's rent is due at move-in. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Anyone over the age of 18 that will be living in the home must submit an application. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, the security deposit is refundable. Charges may apply if there are repairs, cleaning, etc. needed after moving out. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Co-signers are considered on a case-by-case basis, and we won't know if you need one until we've screened your applications. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Go to our direct website at www.kenmoreteampropertymanagement.com to submit an application. -
How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid through your online tenant portal with e-Check or card; payment can also be mailed/brought into our office in the form of check, cashier’s check, or money order. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A pet request can be submitted by sending an email to operations@kenmoreteam.com with details of the pet you are interested in. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Vacating Tenant may submit a "Notice to Vacate" on their Tenant Portal. Additional info and a Roommate Termination Addendum between all parties would then be sent out. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Tenant must submit a "Notice to Vacate" on their Tenant Portal (found under the “Contact Us” section). This must be sent in a minimum of 20-days prior to the end of the vacating month, even if your lease is set to automatically terminate. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Repairs & maintenance at the property is an owner responsibility and cost, unless the repair or maintenance item is found to be a cause of tenant misuse, neglect, or a lease violation, for which the cost would be assessed to the Tenant.
