Stefani brings a strong background in multi-family and commercial management, with extensive experience in asset and ownership management, business development, tenant and team management, and investor relations. She has overseen large rental portfolios and is passionate about building efficient processes that support both growth and outstanding service.

Brett was brought up in Real Estate and the Kenmore Team. After a couple of years in sales, he joined the Property Management division and has been a large contributor to its growth. Through networking, education and excellent communication, Brett works to promote KTPM and help Owners decide if property management is a good fit. His outgoing nature and passion for helping people are felt by everyone who works with him. In his spare time, you can find him enjoying the outdoors!

As the Property Manager, Jordan manages communication with our tenants, owners, and vendors regarding maintenance requests. She also coordinates our in-house construction teams schedule to dispatch accordingly for all maintenance requests.

Jake is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, unit turnover activities, renovation projects, quality control inspections, vendor management, owner and tenant communication, and after-hours emergency responses. He serves not only as the coordinator, but with his vast experience, also has the ability to perform troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and hands-on work when needed.

Erica works with applicants, tenants, and owners during the initial leasing, move-ins, and renewal periods to ensure a seamless and quality experience for all parties. The process includes a wide range of tasks such as tenant screening, communicating with future tenants and owners, and issuing leases.

Gio is a Property Manager with experience in lease-ups, property presentation, vendor relations, and coordination. He has a natural talent for showcasing properties and creating an exceptional showing experience for prospective residents. Gio is also a licensed Realtor® and is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients, residents, and vendors. His professionalism, attention to detail, and approachable nature make him a valuable part of our property management team.

With over six years of experience with the company and a degree in Business Administration, Sierra brings a well-rounded understanding of nearly every aspect of property management to our Operations team. She began in leasing and has managed everything from applications and renewals to owner relations, resident processes, owner relations, deposit dispositions, marketing efforts, and other key operational areas. Her education, hands-on experience, and knowledge across multiple departments allow her to solve problems, support not only our properties & clients, but also our continued growth, and keep operations running smoothly.

Britney is a key member of our Operations team, specializing in billing, owner onboarding, and marketing. With a degree in Marketing, she brings both creativity and strong business insight to her role. Her ability to connect with people, attention to detail, and understanding of the client experience help ensure our owners receive a smooth and welcoming experience from the very beginning.
